Also located on the premises is Dragonfly Creek Recording Studio, a state of the art recording studio which features a large control room and two tracking rooms.
The property features a provincial style home and gardens. There is a 25x50 pool with waterfall and a 900 sq ft guest house for artist green room or filming.
The property can accommodate parking for approximately 100 cars so no street parking or offsite parking is required.
A 34 ft RV is also available onsite.
